Over 25 years of public accounting experience in Canada and the United States, managing accounting, audit, litigation support, business valuation and other consulting engagements. I spent 15 years practicing public accounting in the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area of California, prior to moving back to Canada. For the last 15 years I have specialized in performing business valuation and litigation support for clients in various industries that include construction contractors, food services, retail, franchisee’s, professional corporations. I also specialize in performing valuations for Canadian and U.S.tax purposes.
